I contacted the Marlton office that is approved to assist with LIHEAP Application and spoke to a female representative identified as Ms. T, who was very helpful and was familiar with the procedure to apply for LIHEAP program assistance regarding ACE Electric company, SJ Gas company and Aqua water companies respectively. Needless to say when a citizen applies for these aforementioned programs it is at the very least a humbling and stressful process. Ms. T spoke to me in a very professional and empathetic manner during the entire interaction and addressed all my concerns. Furthermore. Ms. T emailed me time sensitive updates at the conclusion of the business day. Lastly, Ms. T should be commended on her professionalism in which she conducts herself and is an asset to the office. I am requesting that a copy of this letter be placed in her permanent personnel file for future review.
