The Payment Assistance for Gas and Electric Program (PAGE)

The Payment Assistance for Gas and Electric Program is a financial assistance program designed to help moderate to low-income households across the state of New Jersey who are experiencing economic hardship and struggling to pay their electric and natural gas bills. The PAGE program is funded by the Board of Public Utilities (BPU) and administered by the Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA)

You may qualify for this program If you are a New Jersey resident who rents or owns a home and are facing a crisis that includes a documented notice of an overdue balance of more than $100 for gas and/or electric service.

  • Camden

  • Cumberland

  • Gloucester

  • Salem

Required Documents for PAGE Application

  • Primary Identification-Social Security Card
  • Valid form of NJ Identification- Valid Driver’s License
  • Proof of Income
  • Proof of Home ownership or Lease Agreement
  • Electric and gas bills

*Federal Income Tax Return MAY be required
